1 Introduction

Welcome to Khirkiya. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Khirkiya ("the Platform", "we", "us"). 9 Account Suspension and Closure

Khirkiya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
